DIY Muscle Tee

Things you will need:
  • Old t-shirt
  • Scissors
  • Pen

  1. Lay your t-shirt down and cut both the bottom and neck hem.
  2. Cut off the sleeves starting from the shoulders and repeat with the other side. Do this to your liking depending on how thick you want your straps.
  3. Flip your t-shirt over and draw out a v, it can go as low or as thin as you'd like.
  4. Now you are going to take the bottom hem that you cut off and cut it to make one long piece.
  5. Take the long hem piece and wrap it around starting from the top of the neckline and wrap it around tightly going as low as you'd like and wrap the piece back up to the top to tie both ends together.
  6. Cut the excess hem piece and you're almost done.
  7. Try on the top and draw out if you would like to lower the neckline in the front and sides. I chose to lower them so I can wear a bandeau top, whatever you prefer & voila !
